Grouse Mountain Grill Dining Room

Alpine elegant is a perfect description for this gorgeous dining room. Comfortably outfitted with overstuffed wood-framed upholstered chairs, a three-way fireplace and elegant settings of fine crystal and china, the room is nothing short of breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows frame a magnificent view. Weather permitting, the windows fold back to create an indoor/outdoor room opening to an elevated patio.
Grouse Mountain Grill Bar Area
Capacity: 36
Divided by a half wall from the main dining room, the bar area is appointed in the same elegant manner as the main dining room. This area is used for seating for dinner nightly, but when set for a group of up to 36, the natural divider allows a feeling of separation from other diners. Though not a private room (no speeches, toasts or presentations), it offers the ambience of the dining room and is perfect for mingling, table-hopping and enjoying the adjacent patio before dining. Small groups love the personal feel of the intimate space, fantastic service, the same panoramic views and the jazz piano (seasonal). The dining room and bar are both non-smoking.
The Aspen Room
Capacity: 14
Enjoy total privacy in this dining space adjacent to the Grouse Mountain Grill dining room. The Aspen Room seats 14 people at one table and is appointed with pale yellow walls, granite countertop and cherry cabinets, French blue, red and yellow draperies and a plasma presentation screen.
The Executive Boardroom
Capacity: 10-50
The Executive Boardroom has the feeling of a cozy library and is perfectly suited for private dining needs. Set up in this room can be at one large boardroom table for up to 18 people or at rounds for up to 50 people.
The Alpine Ballroom
Capacity: 10-150
This multi-function room can be scaled down or up in size to fit different sized groups. The wide pine trim frames white, hand-troweled walls and floor-to-ceiling windows. Floral print draperies and green carpet finish the room to make a perfect area to set up rounds for private dinners.
