Banquet Chef, Bradley Stieber
Bradley grew up in Wisconsin where he had his first job at 16 years old as a restaurant cook. He attended Culinary School at the Madison Area Technical College. He moved to Colorado in 2003 and started at Grouse Mountain Grill as Sous Chef during dinner production.
Bradley’s considerable skills are currently being utilized to focus on and continually upgrade our banquet meals. He is enjoying the variety of producing breakfast, lunch and dinners for small and large meetings, wedding receptions and other special occasions. “Every day is different and every group’s needs vary, which makes this job continually interesting and challenging”.
Bradley resides in Gypsum with his wife, Lana, who is also “in the business”. Lana is a manager and Sommelier at Beaver Creek’s Toscanini. Bradley enjoys his dog, Shadow, snowboarding, snow shoeing, golf, hiking “14ers” and, of course eating and cooking! |
