Conference Services and Group Sales Manager,
Shelby Esposito
Shelby was the 17th baby born at the Vail Valley Medical Center making her a bona fide “local”! She was educated at Eagle Valley High School where she was a member of the Student Council and a Cheerleader for the Eagle Valley High “Devils”. Shelby followed that as a Speech and Communications major at Colorado State University at Fort Collins. Her Cheerleading and Dance Team at Colorado State went to nationals in Orlando where the team was awarded third place.
Shelby has kept her feet firmly planted on the ground since then focusing on a career in the hospitality business. She has thrived in her role as Sales and Conference Services Manager for Grouse Mountain Grill. Her cheerleading enthusiasm and charming personality are real assets as she interacts with people all day long helping them with their plans (meetings, wedding receptions, group dinners and the like).
Shelby’s mother (the Chief Financial Advisor for Cotton Ranch Golf club) and father (a Tile Contractor) are Shelby’s cheerleaders. Shelby enjoys their company often for golf and meals (she has graduated to doing her own laundry!). She shares her home with an adorable six year old Yorkie named “Beemer”.
In her free time, Shelby enjoys golf, snowboarding, hiking, shopping, working out, nice hotels, sushi and traveling (not necessarily in that order!). We have heard that her shoe collection rivals that of the one owned by Imelda Marcos! The staff of Grouse Mountain Grill is happy that Shelby decided to stay close to home- good job, Mom and Dad!
