Dinner Wine List
Dinner overview Dinner menu Dinner wine list The Dining Room The Aspen Room The bar

Our constantly-changing list is a compilation of some of the finest, hard-to-find domestic wines with a touch of world representations. You are sure to find a wine you have been dying to try or one you are treasuring in your own cellar, but have yet to open.

The wine program at Grouse Mountain Grill has taken on some new dimensions this year. We have expanded our all-American concept to include other parts of the New World. We have added selections from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, with selections from South America to follow in the coming months. Additionally, we have expanded our sparkling wine program to include a number of French Champagnes. Currently, Grouse Mountain Grill offers around 450 selections from the New World's top producers.

In conjunction with our flexible "by the glass" program, we have added about a dozen half bottles as an additional option. The wine list changes daily. Each page of the list is dated as of the last change, and every effort is made to assure that the list is current.

All of our wines are stored in a temperature-controlled cellar. We then stock two bottles of each wine on the floor in temperature-controlled coolers. The reds and whites are held at appropriate serving temperatures at this point.

When appropriate, our red wines are decanted, tableside, into glass pitchers. We use only crystal glassware from Schott and Spiegelau, with different shapes for different flavors.

Grouse Mountain Grill has been the recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for the past eight years.

Our staff is always available to discuss a wine selection for your event.
