Executive Chef Frank Blea is a seasoned and motivated professional with more than 15 years of culinary skills in kitchens from California to Colorado. He honed his skills in Two Michelin-starred Mélisse in Los Angeles with chefs Josiah Citrin and Ken Takayama. Chef Blea brings a rebirth of greatness to Grouse Mountain Grill while making a commitment to the Beaver Creek Region by featuring dishes made from scratch with produce and meats from local farms and ranches.

Grouse Mountain Grill Dress Code: Rocky Mountain Casual, suitable mountain casual attire ranges from jeans, boots and a rugged button-up shirt to khakis, loafers and a sport coat. What mountain casual ins't is casual. That means no t-shirts, flip flops, short-shorts or swim attire.

Directions From Interstate 70
– Exit at Avon, exit 167.
– Turn south and proceed “straight” through four roundabout intersections, finally coming to the Beaver Creek entrance checkpoint (Village Road). Inform the attendant that you are a guest of Grouse Mountain Grill and ask for a Beaver Creek map.
– Proceed approximately 2 miles up Village Road and make a right turn on Scott Hill Road. At the end of the street (cul-de-sac), The Pines Lodge will be on your left. Pull up to the entry for complimentary valet parking.
